On Thursday, October 22 we are honouring our long time friend and fellow Rotarian George Chapman with the dedication of a newly installed park bench in the Assiniboine Forest, south of Grant Ave. The bench is located approximately 900 meters in from the parking lot at Grant & Chalfont. Park your car and join our group walk or be transported on one of our special surrey bikes (each one carries 6 passengers) piloted & powered by fellow Rotarians. Alan Goddard will lead the dedication to George. This special project has been in the works for several years in support of the Charleswood Club's stewardship of the Assiniboine Forest. The bench, with its special inscription was recently installed Please join us as we honour a great Rotarian.
